I thoroughly recommend the complete ARC system package to all Architectural Revit users. I have successfully transformed my design process and documentation methods to take full advantage of the BIM power that is Revit. I would not have achieved this without ARC. I recommend ARC to all.
of using ARC System
I thoroughly recommend the complete QARC system package to all Architectural Revit users.
My personal experience is after 15 years of hand drafting I enrolled in a TAFE CAD course. Then for more than a decade I bumbled along doing a very simple version of 2D Autocad. It saved the development of arthritis in my right index finger but really I was playing at the whole CAD medium.
I was happily oblivious to the merits of 3D.
In about 2008 I was told that my trusty Release 14 would no longer work in the current windows platform. So I “invested” in Revit.
4 years later and countless expensive Revit courses and even another semester at TAFE I could only muster some 3D images but still hadn’t produced a useable set of Revit working drawings.
(One of the things about Revit that really ticked me off was the Australian template appeared to just be a metric version of the US template. Not a great call for rooves suitable for snow conditions in Queensland.)
Then I met Peter and his QARC team.
The template and supporting material is fantastic.
I have successfully transformed my design process and documentation methods to take full advantage of the BIM power that is Revit.
I would not have achieved this without QARC.
I recommend QARC to all.
